1. Project information
– Project name: Design, supply and installation of coffee factory wastewater reuse system.
– Location: Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
– Capacity: 1,200 m3/day and night.
2. Input parameters of wastewater treatment system
- Type, level of construction: Level III technical infrastructure construction.
- Input water: industrial wastewater, coffee production wastewater. TDS index is 3,000 ppm, COD is about 1,000 ppm.
3. Proposed wastewater treatment technology and solutions
Application of reverse osmosis membrane technology RO and evaporation technology.
- Stage 1 and 2: TSRO Module.
- Stage 3: Evaporation System.
In TSRO membrane technology, raw water is filtered by open channel mechanism. Maximum anti-membrane clogging. With ultra-small membrane pore size, suspended substances, bacteria and viruses are separated. Only water molecules are allowed to permeate through the membrane.
4. Strengths of processing technology
- Treats wastewater with TDS concentrations up to 100,000 mg/l.
- Eliminates most bacteria in the water.
- Treated water meets reuse standards for the production process.
- Evaporation technology allows liquid-free discharge.
5. Treatment results of the wastewater reuse system
The purified water after treatment has TDS below 500 ppm, COD below 50 ppm. And other water quality indicators are below standard. Ensure the requirements as committed to the investor.
