From Five Years of Technical Exchange to a Real-World Project

A sustainable partnership does not begin with a signature.

For approximately five years, Thinh Vuong Technical Services Joint Stock Company (TVTS) and MVS have maintained close communication, consultation, and technical exchanges in water and wastewater treatment.

Both companies gradually shared technical expertise. They also explored market needs and evaluated solutions suitable for actual operating conditions in Latin America.

This process helped both sides better understand each other’s capabilities. More importantly, it built trust through engineering expertise, quality, and practical project implementation.

In 2025, the cooperation officially moved from technical discussions to a real-world project.

TVTS and MVS signed a contract to supply a containerized landfill leachate treatment system. TVTS designed and implemented the system in Vietnam for deployment in the Latin American market.

With one of the largest treatment capacities in the region, the project marked an important milestone for TVTS. It also strengthened the company’s journey toward bringing Vietnamese wastewater treatment solutions to international markets.

TVTS aims to achieve more than simply exporting a treatment system. The project also brings Vietnamese engineering expertise in design, manufacturing, technology integration, and challenging wastewater treatment to a market thousands of kilometers away.

The success of the 2025 project opened a new chapter in the partnership.

In August 2026, TVTS and MVS officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. The partnership focuses on developing landfill leachate and hazardous wastewater treatment solutions across Latin America.

The first project demonstrated TVTS’s technical and project delivery capabilities. The new agreement represents a deeper level of cooperation between the two companies.

TVTS and MVS aim to combine market experience, engineering expertise, and project execution capabilities. Together, they will address increasingly complex wastewater treatment challenges.

This partnership also provides a foundation for TVTS to expand its international operations with a long-term strategy. The company aims to build sustainable partnerships rather than simply deliver individual projects.

In particular, the “containerized wastewater treatment system” offers significant advantages for international projects.

TVTS can integrate most equipment and technologies in Vietnam before shipping the completed system to the project site. This approach supports effective quality control. It also shortens on-site installation time and facilitates project implementation in distant international markets.
